Carnival Games - reap in Billions of dollars - from the unsusepting carnival goer, usually children, this is disgusting and a Criminal Offense, but you must complain - if you think the games are rigged, let the carnival operators prove to the police that the games are legal.

The only game that I will allow my kids to play at the carnival is the Promotional Prize Wheel. They are the only game that gives a visible fair chance at winning. Everyone that plays has even odds at winning, unlike some of the other games where they are obviously rigged in the carnival's favor!
