Detroit's Culture of Violence - encouraged by PC Craig ?

Detroit know around the world as "Murder City" (USA) would not be a target of terrorists because for fear armed citizens would shoot back, according to Detroit Police James Craig.

Terrorist want a high body count - 89+ in Paris as four men armed with AK - 47s...but if some of those people had been armed, it would have been a different story, according to Craig.

Professor Daniel Kennedy, of Oakland University, seems to agree -"terrorist would be reluctant to attack armed citizens" - but CPLs mean that guns are concealed, so how would terroist know if a citizen was armed ????

Detroit has less than 700,000 residents (citizens of the USA) but has 30,000 Detroit residents have guns, 115,000 gun permits issued in Michigan (10 M residents) - hardly a State armed to the teeth to fight terrorists.

Washington DC PC Cathy Lanier, says about active shooting situations "If you're in a postion to try and take the gunman down, take the gunman out...."

X - NYPD PO and terrorism expert ?? Beau Dietl said 'he's armed and ready to face any threat - and encouraged more citizens to do the same. He has his Glock, so he's prepared if something happens, if everyone was prepared to get involved, maybe we'd have fewer casualties, even domestic terrorists hit places where they don't think they'll get much resistance, like movie theatres.

Not one of these persons - said we need a BAN on 'military style assault weapons and high capacity magazines - terrorist would kill less people if they didn't have these weapons and have to change magazines.

Not one of these people said that current CPL training is inadequate - and applicants need more training in - when to shoot, the law, and a more training in shooting their gun.

So PC Craig - if you want less casualties both of residents and from possible terrorists - support a ban on assault weapons, high capacity magazines, and better training for CPL applicants.

PC Craig - tell the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL that you DO NOT and WILL NOT support a Policy that prevents of duty Law Enforcement Officers and retirees with PFZ exemptions from taking their weapons into their stadiums.
