If Vaping Products are banned, minors will turn to Hookah Nicotine Tobacco, that is widely available. Something must be done to prevent this.

Local police departments Must check all Hookah Nicotine Tobacco outlets for sale to minors, research must be done to see if Hookah Smoking can harm minors and adults, and parents must watch to see if their minor children are smoking Hookah.
