PC Ella Bully-cummings has told police officers that the despised, detested, wretched and failed - Crisnet Report System will be scrapped within 6 months.
The Crisnet system, which was supposed to be paperless, but turned a simple report - a one pager under the old PCR system, into a 6 page + sometimes 24 page + reports that kept police officers OFF the street for long periods of time...
The Crisnet reports ....are part of the reason police response times are soooo long....
The DPD Reorganization plan is a failure.....no media reports on this.....WHY????

DPD Needs a new police chief...chosen thru a nation wide search...and the best and brightest person should be chosen, irregardless of race, creed or color - NOW
