Gardenview Estates needs some cows to maintain the overgrown grass and weeds that make it an eyesore....at Joy - Southfield roads...
Gardenview Estates - the old Herman Gardens Apt site has sat vacant for over 10 years. and promised development hasn't happened...WHY???
Can only millionaires or people who can afford $250,000 + for condos live in Dtroit??
While displaced poor and moderate income Detroiters seek a decent place to live, somewhere other than Detroit...
You worried about Tiger Stadium development, but not Herman Gardens and its displaced residents???
You ignore The Tombstone, the train depot, yet vote to tear down an historic landmark - that the City purposely dismissed development plans...
You let the DEGC lie to you, Corktown residents and the Planning Commission and reward them - with a gift of Tiger Stadium - WHY????
You ignore Ford Auditorium, which sits on very valuable and desired riverfront property and yet you - focus on Tiger Stadium - why the rush...NO MONEY...??
You failed in your duties to the people of Detroit..today...and have in the past....
Maybe, Detroit needs a more racially diverse Council !!!!
