Ilitch can afford to pay for DPD officers assigned to the Tiger / Red Wing games.
The City of Detroit can't afford to demolish dangerous park bathrooms, and threaten to fire city workers - and want to raise coporate taxes to 2%...then the Council should demand that Ilitch pay up.
