Schwartz's Law - WADL Channel 38, Sunday 12 Noon, January 22 (available on the internet) will feature George Hunter, (L) acclaimed police reporter for the Detroit News, and David L. Malhalab, (C) retired Detroit Police Sergeant. Michael Schwartz, a nationally known attorney, hosts the locally produced legal affairs show. The show addressed issues with the Detroit Police Department, including the controversial plan to create 'virtual precincts', also Crisnet, the DPD Crime Report System and DPD prisoner medical costs will be touched on. The program will be controversial and very informative. Malhalab has been an outspoken advocate for DPD officers and a critic of the Department. He encourages all police officers to speak out about issues that affect them and the public.
